Based on the issues they were having, I know exactly what the employees looked like

What a retard owner. Who would want to work there after that. You’re a pizza joint. You aren’t pulling from the best quality talent pool

I was expecting a video, or at least something a little more than "our employees were rude and lazy" with no examples

Since they failed miserably in hiring employees the first time, how likely are they to succeed now?

I worked in tons of restaurants when I was younger. A shitty staff is a result of shitty ownership

Airing dirty laundry is a poor choice. Maybe say you are remodeling and will take advantage of the down time to restore the customer service experience in order to respond to recent shortcomings. Take the blame, you own the business, then fix the problem.

Right. Avoid honesty. Don’t need that crap in the world.

And I read it they are taking the blame to fix the problem.

I couldn’t imagine how hard it is to own a small business these days, especially a restaurant.

Yet, folks are continuous opening new restaurants, even in po' arse MS. Makes no sense. Open and closed in 6-12 months

I support this. That took guts. Drop the hammer on the whole crew, then rehire the two good employees and a bunch of new ones.

Sounds like the owners want the business to run without them there. Chick Fil-A has great service because the franchise owner is at the business 60 hours a week.

Looking forward to their announcement when they shut down for whatever Meridian’s equivalent of the Bayou Classic is.

Dig up the post on FB and read the comments. They are brutal and going in only one direction.

The problem is, if you've ever been to Meridian, think about who lives there and is willing to work

if the comments are accurate and they're paying $8/hour, it's not going to get any better
