Based on the issues they were having, I know exactly what the employees looked like

What a retard owner. Who would want to work there after that. You’re a pizza joint. You aren’t pulling from the best quality talent pool

Since they failed miserably in hiring employees the first time, how likely are they to succeed now?

I worked in tons of restaurants when I was younger. A shitty staff is a result of shitty ownership

Right. Avoid honesty. Don’t need that crap in the world.
And I read it they are taking the blame to fix the problem.

I couldn’t imagine how hard it is to own a small business these days, especially a restaurant.
Yet, folks are continuous opening new restaurants, even in po' arse MS. Makes no sense. Open and closed in 6-12 months

I support this. That took guts. Drop the hammer on the whole crew, then rehire the two good employees and a bunch of new ones.

Sounds like the owners want the business to run without them there. Chick Fil-A has great service because the franchise owner is at the business 60 hours a week.

Looking forward to their announcement when they shut down for whatever Meridian’s equivalent of the Bayou Classic is.

Does Elon own this pizza place?

Dig up the post on FB and read the comments. They are brutal and going in only one direction.

Came here to say this. OP doesn’t get it.

I guess they want CFA owners to have one location be their only ones lol

The problem is, if you've ever been to Meridian, think about who lives there and is willing to work
Posted on 3/18/25 at 9:24 pm to prplhze2000
if the comments are accurate and they're paying $8/hour, it's not going to get any better
