I was watching live on a YouTube stream and I initially realized they were shots but it took several minutes for me to realize he was actually hit and that he didn’t flinch due to it being loud

Such a tragedy. I wish the shooter would have had time to die a slow, painful death. When you take innocent life, you forfeit yours, and it should have been a grueling one with tears in his eyes from pain. Shooting him was too easy but obviously what needed to be done....
