Not sure if it's still on Netflix but Valley Uprising goes back decades to the first El Capitan climbs and all of the drama between different climbers. Total hippies who lived for climbing, sex and partying. Awesome doc.

So how does he get down?

You don’t really have to get down from El Capitan, it’s a boulder face that overlooks Yosemite valley. The other side is relatively flat going out through the trailheads.

A real alpha would've had his OT 10 side piece waiting at the top with wingsuit BASE gear for him to fly down the valley and avoid arrest for jumping.

Driving a Subaru and voting for Hillary isn’t extreme

LIsten to his Joe Rogan appearance, it’s really interesting. Apparently this route is “really easy.”

What does he do if he has some issue halfway up?

I know he had a camera crew on this one that could've helped him, but he doesn't always.

I don’t like changing a lightbulb on a ten foot ladder. My wife is always eyeing opportunities like that.

Rock climbing isn’t that hard. I went to the one near the rec once and finished it in less than 3 hours

It may be an easy aid climb, how most people ascend it, but it’s a very difficult free climb.
