The WR was clearly open
He threw the ball before Anderson made the break. When he threw it, he was absolutely not “clearly open”. ...

Or throw more 5-10yd passes instead of looking like an early 1980’s NFL offense. He threw deep way too often. ...

Bad games happen
The offense was pretty horrendous most of the night, actually. They didn't strike me as being better than in previous weeks.
...
re: Competition: who went to the furthest back in time LSU home, neutral, and away game?
Posted by MLCLyons on 10/7/24 at 10:16 am
Don't know exactly what my first home game was, my parents have had season tickets since the 1960s, I was born in 1979. I know they were bringing me to games even as a baby.
Only 2 games I've been to outside of TS are the Washington game in 2009 and Wisconsin at Lambeau in 2016. ...

frick no. Disregarding the fact he hasn't coached in a while, he's also a piece of trash person who I don't want anywhere near our program....

re: Nuss is #1 in the nation in completions. #2 in the nation in TDs
Posted by MLCLyons on 9/23/24 at 11:38 am
It's crazy in today's game that nearly 71% completions is 17th in the country. Burrow was a few passes away from setting the NCAA record and now he's 6th on the all-time list....
re: Hottest Games in Tiger Stadium
Posted by MLCLyons on 9/23/24 at 11:34 am
the 2015 Auburn game has to be up there. I have never been so miserable in my life. I stayed til partway through the 4th because I thought LF was going to break the rushing record. As soon as he was benched I got the F out of there....
re: guy just called in to SEC this morning complaining about blake baker
Posted by MLCLyons on 9/23/24 at 11:32 am
From looking at what people are saying online and hearing people talk, I feel like everyone turned off the game at halftime. We held UCLA to 79yds in the 2nd half, under 300 for the game, had some sacks and a couple of turnovers. I know UCLA doesn't have a prolific offense, but the D showed some fla...
