Avoid the crowds at CO's I-70/north central resorts, as well as Park City, UT crowds. For 10yr anniversary, go somewhere nicer and less crowded. Yall will appreciate the experience.

Just got home from Scottsdale a couple hours ago. Went to the in-laws snowbird house in north Scottsdale/Legend Trail for a week. Public courses to consider…. WeKoPa, Papago, Kierland, TPC, Grayhawk, Legend Trail, Boulders, Rancho Manana, Quintero. I’ve played them all, plus some of the private ones (Desert Mountain’s courses). Played Kierland and Legend Trail this week. Kierland is in great shape. Overall, my favorite public course is Quintero, then probably Grayhawk.

SOG super lopsided. Hellebuyck is playing amazing. Sucks the 1 goal he let through was an easy one with nobody in between him and Makar. Just snuck through.

Hellebuyck is on fire
My grandpa had it, now my mom and uncle have it. The family trend is pointing directly at me. I welcome any good news in Alz prevention/cure/treatment research advancements.
Looks like she has a nice rack.

And one hell of an overbite. Ouch.
Stoney's is the best sports bar in Winter Park.
9-6-23 article. They bought the land a couple years ago and are still in the planning stages. Howard Hughes involved with this too.....

Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. announced Monday that Chevron U.S.A. Inc. had bought more than 77 acres in Bridgeland Central, a planned community owned by the national housing development company. Jim Carman, President of the Houston Region for Howard Hughes, lauded Chevron's acquisition as "a pivotal moment for Bridgeland as the community enters its next phase of development as a leading job center for the region."

Chevron is attracted to the opportunities Bridgeland has to offer and views this acquisition as a strong addition to our asset portfolio," Daniel Abate, Head of Corporate Real Estate for Chevron, said in a Monday release. "We take pride in contributing to the communities where we live and work and are excited about the potential of establishing a research and development campus in Bridgeland to advance our work toward achieving a lower carbon energy future," Abate continued.

Chevron's purchase comes after a recent announcement of the first phase of Bridgeland Central's construction, which includes an H-E-B grocery store and "the first mass timber office development for both Howard Hughes and the 12-county Greater Houston area."

Per Monday's release, Bridgeland Central mirrors other planned communities owned by Howard Hughes Holdings in several states across the country. Most notable among them is The Woodlands, the wealthy north Houston township where Chevron Phillips set up its global corporate campus headquarters in July 2002.

Chevron is also planning to build a large campus there in that same area to rival Exxon's campus down 99 in the Woodlands.

Property values in Bridgeland and surrounding areas are about to have a nice jump.

A loan officer/broker that uses UWM. Sometimes local/regional banks and credit unions can have competitive rates too. Try a few places.

Hypothetical question. Lets say they were firing at my house, would I be in my rights to fire back? I know the general rule is that they have to be in your home.

So you would shoot out of your house and directly at your neighbor's house?

Same here. Unfortunately, there wasn't.
There's nothing graphic about the video. It's not like it shows someone getting hit with a bullet.
I don't think we'll see sub-$4 again. If it didn't drop below it on Friday, it won't. That would've been the day.
Trump's announcement this morning has us rebounding.

President Donald Trump is set to launch a strategic critical-minerals stockpile with $12 billion in seed money, a bid to insulate manufacturers from supply shocks as the US works to slash its reliance on Chinese rare earths and other metals.

The venture — dubbed Project Vault — is set to marry $1.67 billion in private capital with a $10 billion loan from the US Export-Import Bank to procure and store the minerals for automakers, tech firms and other manufacturers.
Staghorn Petroleum is the operator.
