Do you think they are homeless, crazy, or just lazy (or combination of all three)?

Some of the guys look perfectly healthy, able body people.

Just never make eye contact and you’ll be okay.

I would think drugs is the common denominator with most of them. Not all, but most.

I like the people in parking lots pretending their car is broken or out of gas and need money. Had a guy ask me for money yesterday to buy gas and had his hood up. Why would you need to check the engine if you are out of gas?

It’s a mix. And that’s the sad part. The people who truly need help are looked over because there are so many that could get by without pan handling.

Combo.

Here we have a lot of kids who raise funds this way. It's odd.

A van usually comes by at dark and picks them up with a van full of other pan handlers. Seems organized, they probably have a peddler pimp sending them out.

Or they just walk across the street and hop in their 2017 Ford Mustang parked at McDonalds

I saw a chick holding a sign at Seigen and the interstate the other day while also talking on her cell phone.

I also want to ask some of the men where they shave and get hair cuts.

Can they start a movement to clean up the intersections (trash, cigarettes, etc)? If I saw that I would happily give them money.

pepper spray in your windshield wiper reservoir makes for funny videos. Wait 'till light turns green though.

Just left target on siegen, by myself, and was approached by kids trying to sell me M&M's and then a middle aged Mexican woman who followed me to my car. Is it too much to ask to go to the store and not get approached in the parking lot?

I've heard true stories of people begging for a living. One guy was making 60-70k a year doing this. Tax free of course.

The guy and his dog on Siegan by IHOP is a scam. It's a full time job for him.
