NC_Tigah is correct, your post has some mistakes. You need to correct the "actual blacks to 12%". And the trans to less than 1%.
Also change "Number believed are New Yorkers: 30% (or oalmost 300 million)" TO "... 30% (or or almost 100 million)".

I miss him every day. Some days are worse. After a busy news weekend, NOTHING on TV, radio, or internet was more informative, witty and interesting than the ~17 minute opening monologue of Hour One of Monday's [i]Rush Limbaugh Show[/i]. Period.
