Pain in elbow where forearm meets at the top and numb hands and arms when I wake up.

I’ve been hurting in my elbow increasing in pain as weeks go on now.
Also, my arms and hands are sometimes numb when I wake up to the point of barely being able to move them. I’m worried about blood clots.

Maybe go see a doctor? Don't listen to anything you get told on here. Everyone should know better after watching this place during covid.

Tennis elbow most likely.

Sounds like a pinched nerve and neuropathy. Go get adjusted by a chiropractor 3x a week and give it a few weeks.
Had the same issue, but at the wrist, not the elbow. Ended up having to have surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. Chiropractor did help though.

Definitely don't do this.

What do you do for a living?
I've swung a hammer and ran a nail gun most of my life. I had the same problem.
To the point where I couldn't hold a pencil.
It was always worse in the winter.
My Dr told me it was similar to tennis elbow. The only way to correct it was surgery to move the nerve rubbing against my elbow. And even then, it was only a 50/50 shot it would help.
I just toughed it out and most of the feeling in my hand went away. I guess the bone rubbed the nerve to the point it was severed.

I had the same. From what I read, it’s a nerve issue from possibly sleeping on your arm or however your arm is when you sleep. Happened to me for a few weeks and then went away.

This is the best piece of advice you'll ever get on TD.
Now go see your doctor, dumbass....

Nerve impingement around the elbow or carpal tunnel. Get yourself one of those electric shock nerve studies if it doesn't go away, or if it gets worse to rule out any possible neck issues.

You have cubital tunnel syndrome, go see a hand surgeon. All hand surgeons treat elbows. You’re welcome - signed OTR CHT
