Not a big fan of the spot foul. Having said that, there would be a whole new batch of problems if DBs knew that 15 yards is the maximum penalty for their actions. It would get ugly

Well said. I was just thinking about this. Been pondering drinking all day due to all the stress. I don't know if having a few drinks and decompressing will make me feel better more or less than how I'll feel tomorrow if I don't give in

It can get hotter inside. I'm currently working in a new building that's easily 120 degrees inside. You have to walk outside in the 100 degrees to cool off

Not in that type of way. Imagine getting off the bus and the first thing that happens is that the CO's beat your arse to establish authority. Then you are forced to fight 5 inmates as soon as you hit your dorm. How about a facility that is known for having a jar of teeth collected by the COs? How would you turn out?

Maybe it does the opposite? It's gladiator school. I've known quite a few who've been through that type of shite and it forces you to become a "Viking or victim" in order to make it out in one piece. Most of them never get right after that. And most times, the CO's are worse than the inmates. shite rolls downhill
