What head coach didn't start out as an assistant?

Blake baker was a great get and might be gone after this season. I really hope not, but realistically, he'll be gone. He's coach O with intelligence. Why not give him the chance to prove it?

He seems to like the college game, unlike a Joe Brady type who might be a great head coach, but hated the college game.

They should have given the interim to Blake Baker. He's going to be a head coach somewhere someday. Let him cut his teeth in a throw away season and if he does well, give him a shot. Pay him low with big incentives

He didn't even push back more than an inch when he had a guest on talking about how current times mirror Nazi Germany. He only asked "how so?" then continued on with the podcast like the question and statements didn't exist.

I love Joe Rogan and I believe Trump would not have won without his help. But, it's now time to pick sides.
