Overweight healthcare providers

This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I fail to rationalize how someone can look like a slob and be in a position to give health related advice. “ Hey, I know i weigh three bills, but you need to get your diet under control to reduce blood pressure”
I know we/they work long hours, but thats no excuse. Maybe I’m too big of a believer in lead by example, but I find this ridiculous

OP, you know some people do have health problems as to why they get fat.

I never understood it. I was a nurse assistant once and the amount of steps everyone gets in a day is staggering. I don't see how anyone is fat.

Pure observation, but doctors and nurses smoke more than any other middle class and above white collar jobs.
