I assume she keeps her thermostat set on 90 as some sort of virtue signaling environmentalist bullshite. But what she's too stupid to realize is that she has it turned on "Heat," so she's using electricity or gas to keep her house (more likely an apartment) at 90 degrees rather than just turning the system off entirely.
