One of the blind students in Ruston was stuck by a train

DEVELOPING STORY: Ruston Police Department sources have confirmed that a blind student was struck by a train on Trenton Street. She is being airlifted to LSU Shreveport. 167 north and south will be blocked for a sustained period of time

the School for the Blind is just a couple of blocks from the train tracks

The CCT of some poor dude trying to shepherd a bunch of blind kids through an active train crossing is going to be epic.

when I went to Tech, even if you were driving at a safe speed they'd still come out of nowhere

I also attended Louisiana Tech. My close friend was blind. He was funny and had a great personality. We usually ate meals in the school cafeteria together.
