I went back to bacon grease. Can get a tub of bacon up just about anywhere. I use this also on my cast iron just because i use them weekly.

Ghee is the way (when cooking)
it's superior in quality and health, as opposed to seed oils. if you've never had a pan fried deer tenderloin in beef tallow you're missing out.
