If I get 3 big bottles it’ll last me about a year. I don’t think it goes bad that quick.

Spain is having a terrible time with runaway olive oil prices. People there are thoroughly pissed.

I went back to bacon grease. Can get a tub of bacon up just about anywhere. I use this also on my cast iron just because i use them weekly.

Ghee is the way (when cooking)
and beef tallow. I use ghee as well, but if you have a meat grinder, you can render beef fat and strain it quite easily. 5 quart jars refrigerated will last months.

it's superior in quality and health, as opposed to seed oils. if you've never had a pan fried deer tenderloin in beef tallow you're missing out.

Most olive oil is fake in the United States.

This isn't a US thing. In fact, US-sourced olive oil is your best bet at finding 100% EVOO. The European Union has piss poor controls on olive oil exports.

You got some data to back this up? Take another Crestor while you check.

The last 2 bottles of oil I have purchased have been Avocado oil- works for me.

Thought about going this route. Any noticeable taste difference?
