You know it has a shelf life, right? You'll end up with a bunch of rancid olive oil that you can't cook with.

The last 2 bottles of oil I have purchased have been Avocado oil- works for me.

I am not a huge olive oil aficionado but last time I needed some a month or two ago, there were a ton on shelfs, from brands, flavors, sizes.

I read article until I got to the part blaming COVID.
