I wonder what makes a house "gracious". I went to this house when I was a kid for some reason. Grew up in the neighborhood. It has a tennis court right?

Not even kidding, I really don't mind this room as-is. Makes for a good reading/drinking/cigar room. Maybe add a poker table. Though it would look out of place if the rest of the house is completely renovated. The wood (plastic?) paneling looks cheap and could use an upgrade.

I showed a house in the early 00’s that was around 40 years old with the original blood red shag carpet in the bathroom including around the toilet and the tub. I can’t fathom the level of grossness.

it does have a ton of potential, but yea needs a ton of money sunk in. everything is a gut job essentially. outside needs a lot of work to be of the caliber of that kind of house too
