$50 and an hour of my free time. Used to be $25 dollars. Everything is high.

There's a place near my house that has coupons online for oil changes that include checking all levels, air pressure, and rotate your tires. The price with the coupon is $29. That doesn’t include the oil disposal fee or taxes. In the end, it winds up costing me about $33.

Took my daughter's Rav 4 to Benny's a couple of days ago. Quoted $153.00--just for an oil change.

I bring mine to the Toyota dealership. Sure it's $130 but it's also good for 10k miles. I realize I'm also paying for the convenience of every service being logged in ToyotaCare.

I just spent over $120 at take 5 for my Tacoma. I’m not even sure they carry name brand oil any more.

For everyone starting to change your own oil, do yourself a huge favor and get a Fumoto drain valve and hose kit. This makes draining the oil so much easier and cleaner.

You should try it when your truck takes $130 worth of oil. That doesn't even include the filter or labor.

every time I go to Take 5, they only have synthetic and it is at or above $100.

I won't go back.

I will start doing it at home.

I don't go to the oil change places anymore because I don't trust that they are using the oil that they claim. How can you tell the difference between Mobil 1 and some shitty conventional oil?

Wonder how they finance...

Toyota's 1st 3-years of oil changes are free!

I know how much OEMs pay for their oil (vs. repair shops, Walmart, etc.). Don't feel good about $93. I don't.

Getting mine changed right now, it’ll probably be around $90 but I always have the truck nuts serviced when I bring it in

Also, FYI everyone, if you buy your tires at Discount Tire they rotate them for free. Never pay for that shite.

Firestone does the same + they'll fix a slow leak or flat for free.

Pay around $75 at the Ford dealership for the "works" package which includes oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection and some other crap.

Used to change my own oil but got to be a hassle storing and disposing it. Then I dropped a gallon and spilled it all over the garage floor and that was the end of it. That sucked cleaning it up.

Just bought a new set of tires there last week, they priced matched the same tires from Walmart and I saved around $130.
Then the counter guy tried to scam me with some road protection crap at $44/tire. Told him to give me the itemized receipt and then made him remove it. Sneaky baws.
