My truck takes 8pts of full synthetic. $90 would be great, even before all this inflation.

My last 2 oil changes at Take 5 averaged $125.

Take 5 charge me $54 two days ago (with $7 off coupon) and I thought that was high.

I paid like 80 at the ford dealership to get an oil change, tires rotated and all fuels levels topped off. Seemed like a pretty decent deal to me.

Edit: Full synthetic 2018 F150.

Our new car is every 10,000 miles so it doesn't sting quite as much to pay $100.

Took mine to Bennys for an oil change. Got my car back two months and ~$7,000 later - paid by Bennys not me. And likely a person out of a job. I won't be going back to Bennys.

If they're topping off your fuel too that's a hell of a deal!!!

Long story short, they messed up and had to replace the differential.

I do my own Mobile 1 synthetic change on all my vehicles myself. Oil and filter cost about 40 bucks. I won't pay those stupid prices again until I get too old to do it myself.

We never pay more than $50 at the drive through places…more if they do extra stuff like filter changes and wiper blades

I couldn't make it up if I tried. I still feel like I should get a lifetime car wash card out of it but alas, I did not.

What are y’all paying for oil changes? I just got hit for $93 for an oil change at the Toyota dealer on my daughters car? Is this the going rate now? I just about choked in my coffee.

The Valvoline I go to charges $25 for conventional and $50 for full synthetic.
Did the dealer also sucker you into cabin air filter and engine air filter "service?"

I had similar questions, but evidently some of this is based on the oil being the synthetic blend now days

Also, FYI everyone, if you buy your tires at Discount Tire they rotate them for free. Never pay for that shite.

I pay about $65. I watch the fish tank and eat a bag of popcorn that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I decline the insane stack of documentation they like to pass off.

The dealers are high but so are Jiffy Lube and those types.
