Nah. The accents, women, the rats and filth plus the outrageous cost for everything. I'll take ATL, Tampa, or even Philly before I'd take NYC

Too cold.

By default knocks it down out of tier 1 cities.

What's wrong with the NY women outside of seeing numerous "OT 9's" everyday?

You should check out Central Park in the snow.

I honestly thought it would be a much bigger adjustment than it has been. Once you get the right clothes and waterproof boots, you're fine. And when it is really cold, i usually just work from home. If I do go into the office, you're barely in the cold since the subways are warm.

I'd say the thing that the biggest issue is the heat every place blasts that makes you start sweating as soon as you walk in.

My favorite city so far is Barcelona.

New York is young.

Imagine cities that have seen the rise and fall of empires. That have buildings that stand constructed before the time of Christ. Whose history is so ancient that they still find buildings on top of buildings on top of buildings.

New York City is a fascinating modern city, for sure.

But being the greatest takes longer than it has seen bricks.
