Ratings are up for all things based on the new ratings system.
NBA ratings were up 92% for the 1st two weeks and over 30% for the first month.
World Series ratings were way up etc.
It's all the new ratings formula.

The CHIPS act was signed in 2022. 53 billion in grants and subsidies. This has nothing to do with tarrifs.This was started by Covoid. The de-risking from China was made apparently clear. President Trump in is first term put things in motion. Biden signed the CHIPS act and allocated 53 billion to build the factories and move production.
The tariffs are a great strategic play, but this isn't a result of them. This is a result of massive subsidies and government export controls.

2020 was the last time Bama has had an elite offensive line. RBs outside of Gibbs have been average as well.
Defense has been cheeks since UT whiffed on their first 10 hires and settled for Pruitt.

He came to America on track and field scholarship. He competed for Guyana in the 2000 Sydney Olympic games.
He was here legally up until 2020 when he got a weapons charge that precluded him from renewing his visa.
He was given a deportation order last year in 2024.
I don't know how a committee that did a nation wide search in 2023 didn't find his weapons charge or that his visa was no longer valid.
Huge failure and embarrassment on their part.

Pruitt show clause isn't over until 2029. That was the last time Alabama had a dominant defense. Only 2 good defenses since, and a handful of mediocre ones.

Heavyweight division is piss poor though. It's been lacking talent for decades now. Tyson Fury is a fat base head that has gotten caught juicing. Wilder can't box, Joshua can't take a punch, the rest are fat tomato cans. This easily the worst division in any sport.

Expansion killed Arkansas. They have been dead ever since 2012.
Stingley before he mailed in at LSU was the best cover corner I've seen in college Mo was not at that level.
