These animals will never be tamed. The inner city poor uneducated black is a complete waste and parasite on society. They're violent, lazy, stupid, and extremely sexually aggressive and the women allow this with no expectation of them being responsible for the children that result. The problem is now generational and I don't think there is a solution. They don't know or want any better for themselves. They don't want to be like you and I, they just want to be rich without working for it and they're too stupid to understand how to properly live a productive and fruitful life. This problem isn't going to get better. Blacks spit out children in numbers that whites can't ever keep up with. They have no chance at success when the women have 3 kids and no job skills at 21 years old. Neither them nor the children will ever amount to shut. Multiply this scenario by the 1000's of ghetto queens in the inner city and you see that the future is bleak.

Let's don't forget about the politicians and community leaders, local and national activists who preach the litany of "it's not your fault so you can't be held responsible," "you can't do it without help from the government," "the racist white man is the real problem."

Cannot fix or eliminate a crime problem. Allow the Police to pro-actively work, support them, use stop/frisk like it's your best friend, preach the broken window theory to Officers and business owners, don't hide crap from the public if something goes bad, and MAYBE you make it uncomfortable enough for the criminals to slow down or for them to leave. In the end, you pretty much just move them.

Not just allow but encourage. A large issue with NOPD is that they have zero incentive to do work. It is a fact that officers who actively seek out criminals are the ones who get in car chases, get in use of Force situations and are the ones who supervisors consider "a problem." Meanwhile, the obese lazy officer who does nothing but answers radio calls and writes a report after the crime occurs is a "good officer" because they are never "in trouble." That part of police culture needs to change every bit as much as the criminal culture needs to change.
If you had the choice of busting your arse at work and getting fussed at for it or sitting at your desk and doing the bare minimum, which would you choose? It's not that they are bad officers, it's that the system beats them down over time.

Only if revenue from tourism drops severely and the peeps reject increases in city taxes, which are directed to anything, such as removing statues, but law enforcement.

Significantly reduce Section 8 through attrition. Anyone who denies a correlation between crime and what the left calls "affordable housing" is willfully ignorant.

Its unfortunate, but I have to agree with you. What I like about your post is that it points to the problem in both directions.
Yes, black males are committing most of the crime. But there are women who commit crime and in a sense, they support this lifestyle of having multiple kids and not expecting responsibility.
The harsh fact is that the majority of them prefer to be with these men that you all see as parasites.

All these high crime cities should have extreme enforcement. Basically they need to get rid of the criminals one way or another. Bring in the national guard or hire former military personnel. Put snipers on every rooftop if you have to. Inform the populace that criminals will be shot on sight. Liberals complain about overcrowded prisons yet this shite still goes on. frick'em. Shoot the scum and dump them in land-fields. It's not unlike ridding the classroom of unruly students allowing the rest of the class an opportunity to learn. New Orleans could be a wonderful city if not for the scumbags.

In short, the answer is NO. Not with the black community the way it is. And I don't see anything changing anytime soon with them.
With many there is no family structure and values being taught at home. It's all about "I gots to gets mine."
If you've never watched "The First 48" when they're in NOLA, give it a watch on A&E. It's pretty disheartening.
