JBE was allowing bars to sell drinks only to go. That was bad enough to close most bars down. A few were able to generate some income with the loophole. Latoya saw that and said EH EH! Now the ones that were hanging on will also have to close. Mission accomplished!

Yeah I know.

Mr Perfect was trying to argue somehow that it was a “lie” that bars were closed now.

Oh, they are allowed to be open, but they just can’t sell anything.

Seems like bourbon street should just say frick it and revolt. I doubt this would stand up in court.

Well NOLA, you are getting EXACTLY what you deserve.

Elections have consequences, hope you enjoy paying them.

The owner of Courtyard Brewery approves of this. I would assume based on things he’s tweeted out.

Then I hope he goes out of business completely.

Plenty more micro-brewers and bars from where he came.

Him reporting lower income probably helps when he goes back to court to get more child support for the kid.

And plenty of great breweries in Louisiana if they survive this shutdown stuff. So Courtyard with their insufferable owner can hit I-10 West as far as I’m concerned.

If ATC’s history is any precedent, they’ll start fricking with them soon by saying too high a percentage of sales are booze.
