But what about casinos or other unauthorized gatherings? Such insanity
And limiting gatherings to 25 people and under. I’m guessing this doesn’t affect her churches still.
If that’s the case I’d say frick it, I’d open my bar up and pass out pamphlets that have gibberish and psalm quotes in it. Everyone gets one when they walk through the door and every 15 minutes a bell rings and everyone has to raise a glass and say in unison “amen!”

Since we’ve moved to Phase 2, the City has seen unfavorable trends in COVID-19 data. Orleans currently has 9,752 cases and 548 deaths. Almost doubling the daily average cases to approximately twice the threshold of 50 cases a day.
We see clear indication that we have returned to widespread community transmission. We have a very narrow window to act and turn this around in order to get our kids back to school safely.
Sure wouod be nice if the posted they number of tests in that time frame, but we know why they won't.

This makes no sense. I can get a coffee from a take out window and leave but not a beer? I am guessing this is directed towards bars in the quarter. The virus isn't spreading because I picked up a margarita to go at velvet cactus.
If this was about schools why didn't she do this two weeks ago when numbers were creeping up?

Very easily solved
Walk into restaurant
Go to bar
Order drink
Pay for drink
Ask for a plastic cup
Pour drink Into plastic cup
Walk out

Starting tomorrow at 6am, all bars and restaurants in the City of New Orleans will be prohibited from selling takeout alcohol beverages.
Someone please explain the rational behind this.

Dude I grew up in Jefferson parish & was getting into bars at a very young age. Not sure what you are trying to prove lol

This a blanket solution for a problem that was limited to the quarter. People were going to the quarter ordering drinks to go and hanging out on Bourbon. This should only apply to the quarter.

frick no. Then those people would bring their shite to other parts of the city.
At least the bars have good reason to sue now.

Latoya is just following orders from her Dem overlords. All Democratic leaders have been told to do everything they can to keep everything shut down as much as possible to attempt to blame him for the Chinese virus for 2 reasons.
1. Hurt Trumps chances at re-election
2. If Biden(or whoever gets put in his place) wins then Dem cities will get a Federal Bailout
Elections have consequences. You are seeing the consequences of that election of her. Wake up people
