We're making a lot of improvements at Tempest. Close to 5 acres of sod have gone down over the last 18 months and we now have one of the top supers in North Texas, who came to us from probably the nicest private course in East Texas. It's gonna be a top North Texas course in the next two or three years. The layout is already one of the best, conditioning needs to be a little bit better but the course is a maintenance is a nightmare with all the hills.

Been there, been to mystic, haven't played any of the Texarkana courses.
How does Tempest compare to Mystic?

Go hit Tempest.
Stop living in a world where policy is all that matters. Voters still vote for the person.

Well, I guess we've all been given up on the midterms. He made so much headway with independents last election and he has literally pissed it all away on stupid shite.

No making up the lie that his brother thought he was gonna get the job over one of the better defensive coordinators in the country is.

I don't know that I agree, a large number of the best players on this team are portal guys. Unfortunately recruiting doesn't mean what it used to, the portal is the new recruiting. If you are better in the portal recruiting does not matter. Argue LSU has more money but home grown talent means very little these days.
Then Espn wins and frick ESPN

Please explain why that's a bad thing. Thanks.
Because Hemp is no different than Alcohol. We can't say hey lets go get fricked up on alcohol and then say wait this weed is way out of line. Either you care or you don't. You cant just care when its convenient.
For the record I don't care about either just be consistent. Ban both or ban neither.
Sorry Chicken the other streaming platforms can't hold a candle to YTTV and the multiscreen technology.
After 50 years have the Republicans finally got a spine. Crazy how mad Dems are that the Republicans are finally playing by their rules.
I cant really blame Rand here. All month we have heard it has to be a clean bill, every Republican on TV has been spouting we passed clean bills for Democrats so they must do the same. Now here we are, everyone ready and the assholes slide in something to make it an unclean bill.

Did you just post a three week old article as breaking news? Love this place sometimes. Everyone has to have their moment.

Quivera is like the pebble beach of Mexico i would play it twice. Just my opinion.
To be a PGA Pro you have to be a sub 80's golfer from 6500 yards. That's essentially in the top 15% of all golfers. No where near a tour pro but this isn't like NFL coaches who cant throw a football being a QB's coach.
What worse is the US did not take the Ryder Cup serious at all. Europe played 18 holes at Bethpage 8 times leading up to the event. The US played 9 holes twice. Complete failure of leadership.

While i don't disagree it would he unlike the natural landscape, i dont think many people are running to louisiana for the flat golf coures with absolutely no character. Something out of character might be better.
My best advice. Have your super in place for the build. I had the pleasure of working with a top 50 designer and while he built a beautiful course, my super hates me. Its just an incredibly hard course to maintain with hills, elevation and valleys. No matter how good the super he cant make water run against gravity so the hills are a bitch to maintain.
All mats are not equal. Cheap mats tend to cause more joint pain because there is a harder cheaper base. Some of the better more expensive mats tend to mimic real grass better. No mats are as safe as real grass though.
