And they already let it rip through everyone in New York and are at herd immunity in several areas......although they refuse to admit it.

If they're out and about but actually mindful of avoiding transmitting/getting the virus.

With the number of shootings in Nola, I’m a bit surprised no one has remedied this situation

Well that isn’t reality that you will keep everyone away from each other as the phases go up.

How are bars staying open under this order?

Didn’t Edwards order all bars statewide to close except for to go orders?

So Edwards says all bars can do is to go orders, Latoya says no to go orders....I.e. all bars in Nola are effectively closed. Am I missing something?

Yeah what am I missing here.

Familiar pattern we’ve seen throughout this process. Spread misery equally through all of society, even if only a small part of society is an issue. A microcosm of the liberal agenda.

These fricking politicians have no clue that nothing they do will stop new cases. All they are doing is fricking business owners and their employees

JBE was allowing bars to sell drinks only to go. That was bad enough to close most bars down. A few were able to generate some income with the loophole. Latoya saw that and said EH EH! Now the ones that were hanging on will also have to close. Mission accomplished!

Are you serious? How does it compare to the actual appraised value?

I took a drive by the convention center and through CBD and quarter the other day. Half of the businesses were boarded up completely, and not many others were open. VERY few people walking the streets (wearing masks, of course, alone). Mid-day on a weekday and it looked like a ghost town. And then of course the crown jewel hard rock hotel wreckage right in the middle of it all. fricking depressing. This order is just one more kick to the nads for the shred of life left in that city. Gonna be very difficult to recover from this.

Their benevolent mayor cut their lifeline. NOLA small businesses are just monkeys on a string. Nice knowing you turds though. Elections have consequences, you reap what you sew, blm, etc...

So what is being done about it? I’ll give the left credit they take action. It might be trashing shite and burning down cars and spraying graffiti everywhere but in the end they get done what they want done and then have a helluva lot of icing on top of the cake too.

Destroying our economy, violating civil rights, ruining the future of a generation of kids? I’m gonna go post how pissed off I am on TD.

When do we start taking action? Real action.
