This story doesn't make sense.
2 guys break into the cartel members trailer and wait for him to get home. Cartel member and one of the robbers dies.
However cartel member is found with hands and feet bound with execution style head wound.
How you going to get a jump on the guy and still die?
Sounds like the surviving guy killed his partner and made it to look like a wild shootout.

Don't apply logic or basic reasoning when dealing with these assholes. I'm surprised the "he just enrolled at community college" or the "He was just running with the wrong crowd" lines haven't been thrown out.
