CLE wouldn’t have defeated healthy or even down 1 guy OKC but once they had all those guys who couldn’t go it was pretty clear that the ECF winner would be the champ.

I had a good feeling that the ECF was for the championship this year and it turns out that was the case. Believe it or not the last time I was in San Antonio was to see Jalen,Mikel,etc win the national title there with Nova. I will be back in town soon and looking forward to our long awaited Matchup.

Spurs had no business being in the finals so I can’t give NYK a boost for beating them. Heck, CLE VERY likely woulda took down the Spurs too. Great run NYK are on though of course.

We was talking about last season. But they were the clear best team this year too til they had to play without 2 of their top 4.

OKC was the best team all year. Hosptial ring doesn’t fit in that scenario.

Injury Luck determines nearly every title. i am pretty sure OKC wins both last year and this year if every squad is healthy.

2 of their top 4 or 5 guys were out. And they are going to only get better with the assets they have. They are not going anywheres. A little untimely injury luck says little about where they are as a franchise imo.

Hopefully we finish these guys off in 6. Bailed out by the league after one of the worst rebuild attempts I have seen. They were 5 years into a rebuild and their best prospects were Lonnie walker and keldon johnson I remember t bird saying walker would be an allstae :lol: silver had to bail them out from 5 more years of that. Please send them home tomorrow SGA.
