The team with beard running the offense has been a top 4 seed 8 years in a row. And 10 of 11 years.
There is no player in this generation who can match the consistent 50 win / top 4 seed seasons. Tbh I am not even sure who would be second place.
Probably Durant.

Harden held Luka under 30% fg this year in rd 1 on a boatload of attempts. And has held Durant and curry to similar %s for entire series. Would be wrong to group him in with Doncic. ...

They were eliminated for all intents and purposes. The team that they were competing against for the last spot had tanking teams left on their schedule and they only tanked 2-3 games. ...

The only 2 seasons in the last 8 his team wasn’t top 3 in the league was when he had Russ to tank the teams efficiency when he was off the court. Russ has never positively affected team offense eff. ...

Harden is more durable, a better defender, and wins more. And more efficient as a scorer. ...

Kyrie led them outta rd 1. Jim never has had a healthy playoff run with KD. KD at age 22 was pre-prime. And in BKN they weren’t healthy along with Kyrie being hurt too. ...
