Exactly

Harden is a more efficient scorer (TS) and turns the ball over less per game in the playoffs than LeBron we agree.
More efficient scorer and turns the ball over less per game in the playoffs than the GOAT LeBron.

A game 1 is just not a big game.

He won the game with 3 straight baskets in the last 2 minutes… when it mattered most.

harden saved the series down 0-2. Lose that one and down 0-3, no team has ever come back from that. The Game 3 performance was the biggest moment of the series.

First time since 2015 he actually had teammates step up in a big game. Knicks series will be easier than the first two.
Season ticket holder for a half decade now
How many playoff series did Jim win since the last time our Pels won a series? 15? FWIW there’s a decent shot he is playing for us next season.

CLE only had 4 or so games with their top 4 guys before the playoffs started teams never win a title when they make a major late season trade because the chemistry isn’t there. The trade was to get beard in the building and then for Bron to come next season.
Turnover are assigned to the guy who make the pass no matter if the guy fumbles a great pass out of bounds. Harden was the best player on the court last nite out of either squad.

Can’t really blame the coach when someone like Embiid wins rhe MVP then gets hurt in the playoffs and has to play a series on a severe knee sprain. Cp got knocked out of a few playoff runs in LA, etc.

I would defer to people who actually knows what goes into coaching on something like this. The average fan can’t even spot an adjustment unless it is pointed out to them.
OKC in 5 or 6. Spurs can win if SGA or Chet gets hurt.
quote:

Across his entire playoff career spanning his time with Oklahoma City, Houston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Cleveland, Harden boasts a lifetime playoff net rating differential of roughly +6.3. To put that into context alongside other all-time greats from the play-by-play era: • Nikola Jokic / Giannis Antetokounmpo: +7.4 • James Harden: +6.3 • Dwyane Wade: +3.3 • Kevin Durant: +2.4

Some People think Wade was better because his team was better when he wasn’t even playing.
The Cavs had a 60 oRTG with Harden on the bench. -16 in 10 minutes

This guy Mitchell is something else. Harden leaves with the lead in Q1, down almost double digits when he returns.

Cut the lead to 3 in the 3rd before his rest, when he come back in after 5 mores the lead is at 14.

Atkinson sitting him way too long.

Story of his playoff career fwiw.

First 30 point game with Cleveland. Over 60 career playoff 30 point games.
His problem was he star hunted to the extreme and his teams couldn’t beat the healthier teams when one of them inevitably was hurt. Still tho he changed the game more than anyone in the last two decades and has one of the best all time win% for a GM. But I don’t think he gets another shot at it.
he took a team built around one all star and went head to head with a team of 4 all stars. Only untimely playoff injuries stopped Morey from winning a title with HOU.

Sometimes one player can make the GM successful. Then when the player leaves the GM is exposed.

Biggest game of the season. Lose and down 3-0. Takes over. That has happened countless times in his career but people will say they were not “big games”. Games lie this is why he has outperformed all the guys in my first post in thie thread.
