Dude that area is the projects and has been rough for almost a generation. I don't think any amount of patrols will fix that part of town. It needs to bulldozed for real change to happen.

Sharlow was damn near upscale in mid to late 90s...not ritzy like Oak Brook snobs...just fun college people. Smoked and drank a lot there. Smoked a blunt with Rondell Mealey and Kendall Cleveland behind one of the townhouses. Saw ed Dangerfield dance in the parking lot. Miss those days.

I am not directing this at you, just the evolution of society that a person of any color, age or sex should be free to move around any city or neighborhood, but should not venture into " that neighborhood".

You don't know how the game works bruh. You start off robbing, so you get money... You then flip that money selling drugs, then try to work your way up.
People who rob are not the same group of people all the time, it's usually younger people trying to get a start. Someone looking for drug money might try to rob you, but they don't usually have guns because they already sold it to find money for the next fix.
