Move. You should easily be able to break the lease on the basis of the threat. If management won't agree, leave anyway. There's not a court in the country that won't tell the landlord to pound salt if the landlord tries to enforce it. Document everything.

Sounds like you need to grow up and be respectful of others that live with you. He should have never threatened you with a gun but you’ve obviously done your fair share of disturbing the peace. Go live by yourself if you want to live like that.

First, you should have a certain level of respect for your roommate. If you have people over, simply let him know. And if you are going to have people over, you are responsible for their actions. You said his jacket could have fell off the balcony. It could have been throw off by one of your friends, if so that's on you.
But you sound like a bitch for letting him scream at you for 10 mins. But he is in your head now so he owns you.
