I really don't understand what reporting him to the property manager is going to do other than tick him off. What is a property manager going to do? Evict him because he has a gun?
Do you know this guy or did some property manager put you two together?

Does he tend to keep things bottled up? I had a roommate in the military who'd come in and play loud music late at night. I never said anything until I got off barracks duty one morning and had the chance to to take a nap. He came in and put on some Dave Chappelle show and starting laughing real loud. I jumped up and slammed the bathroom door so hard that it broke the knob and said some things I REALLY shouldn't have said (he was black and one of the things I said had something to do with lynching
