He shouldn't have threatened you and insinuated he will shoot you but how about not being a total selfish roommate and quit inviting people over all weekend without going over it with him and quit blasting your music. I would be pissed off at you, too.

Get a gun, leave for the night, call the police and property manager.

Going to try to have a mature conversation with him today. We’ll see if cooler heads prevail. If he continues to be hostile then I’ll take action.
