Is she just with-holding? Then treat her like a stranger and offer not even the slightest amount of intimacy, even walking 3 ft in front of her in public.

Anyone that complains that there's no sex after you get married is just someone who let themselves go or stopped doing things that made their spouse love them in the first place. If you aren't getting anything, look at yourself before you start saying it's the other person's fault or that "sex stops after marriage"
