It has almost been 2 years since my dad passed away. I had lost a brother as well. It's all tough. My heart goes out to you and your family.

What an amazing man. You were blessed to have him, and now God called him home. Rest easy in your memories.

Prayers for you and your family. I lost my Dad a few years back. Remember the things he taught you. I have my own children now and only teach them what my dad taught me. He will live on through your actions.

I'm sorry about your dad.
I bet he was a great man and was incredibly proud of you.
Prayers for you and your family.
P.S. The obit was well done.

Lost mine in February, a few months short of hitting the century mark. An amazing man, that left shoes I could never hope to fill. The Greatest Generation indeed.
Sorry for your loss, I know I’m still grieving. I guess I always thought of him as invincible, but he went out exactly the way he wanted, in the bed that he built, in the house that he mostly built, that he’d been in since moving to BR in 1952. I hope time helps you to cope.

Condolences on your loss. Read the obit and he sounded like a fun guy to be around. We share a bday.

My condolences. I lost mine 3 years ago, and it's just tough when your father is gone.
