Brew your coffee properly and one or two cups is enough for an entire day. 2 Tbsp of grounds per cup.
What kind of coffee?

Dark Chocolate 85%

I gotta say the best thing to being sharp tomorrow is not drinking for the two days before. I’m noticeably sharper when I cut alcohol for a few days.

I take modafinil. Have a script due to motion induced narcolepsy (i.e. I get drowsy driving)
It is magic for days when I'm going to be buried in meetings or have a lot of tedious work to do.
It's a very strange drug. Not the same cracked out effects that I got in Adderall in college. It just makes you tune into details better. I also follow highly technical conversations better and my recall is a lot better.
Freaked me out the first couple times I took it.
I crash off of it if I take it more than once a day for multiple days in a row. Nothing crazy, just lazy/tired on downslope.

Creatine + lions mane
Just started creatine and l-theanine with my morning coffee. Haven’t taken creatine since my heavier lifting days…taking it now for the cognitive benefits.
I’ve considered lions mane in the past but never pulled the trigger. Do you notice a difference?

Gay as frick. Save coffee for when you need to drive in the wee hours to not kill your family, not develop such a tolerance to it that you need it to feel like you can speak a complete sentence. Get some sleep, consistently, you dolt.

Caffeine tolerance develops as the body adapts to regular caffeine intake, requiring more caffeine to achieve the same effects. This process can take up to a month to fully develop, with noticeable changes often occurring within just a few days of consistent consumption

I feel like clarity improves when taking the lions mane. Creatine no doubt will add energy daily.

Yes but it is not an energy drink like you are used to seeing like redbull or monster. Food is energy which most people store and burn as glucose. Ketones are just an energy source like glucose. So you are getting a new fuel source to burn energy...
This energy shot is more for people who do manual labor or workout and need more fuel to burn. This will not make you hyped up mentally which is also why there is no crash.

As others have said, Creatine is great for this. It makes me feel like I did when I was a kid. Not jittery at all, just not tired.
