Let’s say you found a new job. What % increase in pay would you consider to move across the country?

Moving from where you are to the furthest tier 1 city.

Depends on the cost of living. If it were rural Tn or AR I'd move for similar money pretty quick.

Around $1m guaranteed per year for full time attention.

Currently packing up our house in San Diego to move closer to wife’s family in Connecticut. Just had a 2nd child and need help from family
