I do not pretend to speak for God and I have endured some pain in my foot recently (stepped on a glass shard) so I know it ain't fun. We are fortunate that He blesses all of us and not just the needy. But I would not be speaking so quickly if I were a very high profile pro athlete blaming Him for an injury when there are many people that need food, shelter, and medicine.
This goes to show just how self-centered and mean spirited Rapinoe is. Be so thankful you were given the gift of work ethic, physical prowess, and ability to become a pro athlete. Literally one in a million people become a pro athlete. There are also thousands probably with in few miles of the arena where this happened that need food or help of some sort.
What an awful person. I hope some day she can find a better perspective and use her platform to share it.

I hope the rehab doesnt go as planned and Megan gets a little too reliant on the pain killers. Her going through the cycle of addiction and menopause at the same time would be a treat.

She admits to not being religious, which is the problem. If she was religious at all, she would have been taught one of the few excuses religions use to justify bad things happening.
But poor Megan. She got hurt playing a sport and there was no God in the thousands of other games she okayed and didn’t get hurt.
