The biggest trade deficit in America is the trade deficit between White corporate America and Black America, and McDonald’s is guilty of perpetuating this disparity

You sure it’s not tax payers vs welfare recipients?

I know it's so popular here to blame everything on welfare, but it's a fraction of the budget. Unless of course you include things like sending money to Israel or buying tanks that are already useless as welfare. Which I would.

Yeah, that one got me too

Maybe her and the judge for the case can have a tarmac meeting and iron the whole thing out. Seems to work.

BTW, the guy that broke the report about the Lynch/Clinton secret meeting got Clintoned/suicided a little while back.

It’s not about the actors nor the customers. It’s about with whom they pay millions to advertise.

I get what you’re saying. It’s still an outrageous lawsuit given that the company employees thousands of black people across the country.

So tired of the black victim BS.

$10 billion? I’m surprised this hasn’t been struck down as a frivolous suit.

The judge is probably black and think he/she might get a cut.

Um.

Your fricking money. YOU get to choose how it's spent on advertising. PERIOD.

It will never go to trial. McDonald’s, out of pure fear of a negative ESG hit, will settle and go way crazy in the opposite direction. This is a woke shakedown.

Suing companies over race issues is Byron Allen's grift, has been for years. There doesn't have to be any merit to the lawsuit, he's just looking for a shakedown settlement.

I’m curious about the implications of this. Can the government mandate that businesses spend a certain percentage of their budget on a particular race of people?

Both sides are in on this. McD's and Lynch...it's for opics and to take a first step to do this to more companies.

McD's will "settle" and an untold amount of $$ is now legally laundered from a major corp to a "disadvantaged" corp.

It sets a public "precedence" in order to have the lefty groups demand more of this from corps not willing to toe the line.

This tactic of suing a friendly counterpart has been used plenty by the gov and the result is always the same...a settlement, complete with agreed upon terms, which the the gov couldn't compel even if the defendant lost.

So damn stupid. This dude didn’t give a flip about McD advertising. He sees an opportunity to cry racism so he can personally cash in.

Say he were to win, how much of that $10B would he pass along to those he claims are wronged? My guess: very little if any.

Not so fast. Look at who is defense counsel. She’s got connections too. Ole Byron may get told to FO by someone other than me.
