Company is private. Is there a record of outside investment or ownership besides Allen?
Company usually buys fairly unknown websites or channels cheaply (including one launched by Roma Downy & Mark Burnett) & repackages as being for blacks, and also buys some broadcast stations and channels like weather channel and then uses being black with upcoming renegotiations with large cable companies and as part of settlement gets other purchased channels added.
His growth model is buying stuff that by themselves would be hard to pay off based on revenue and then start claiming discrimination just because his company now owns it to get revenue.

Maybe not yet, but give them time. They’re working on it.

Louisiana has the DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) for female owned, minority owned and/or Louisiana based businesses. Certain industries, like the casino industry, has to purchase a certain amount from DBE businesses. You only need 1 qualification out of the 3 to participate in the program, but of course the more you have, the better off you are

McDonald patties are black-charred.

CFPB is pretty much a Democrat fundraising organization.
They target a business and hold them up for fines, which get funneled into money being spent on “programs” through favored organizations.
No injured customer sees a dime from these frickers.

You are one dumb motherfricker.
If all the ads have black actors and their stores are full of black employees, how is that not giving back?

This douchebag shook down DirecTV and forced carriage. They stuck him in the high 300s where they stick their shitty channels (with a few exceptions).

Which why it and Obamacare were the 2 accomplishments of an overwhelmingly Democratic congress including a super majority at times during Obama’s first 2 years. The reform bill creating it was named and sponsored by 2 of the biggest beneficiaries of campaign money from mortgage sections supposedly being reformed by the bill.
Democrats fought and sued to prevent Trump from replacing Democrat running it citing it was set up by them as an “independent” agency with issue ultimately going to Supreme Court, and of course they then asked Trump’s eventual picked replacement to step down day one no longer caring about its independence.
Kamala cast tie-breaking vote to invoke cloture on current director’s confirmation - Rohit Chopra - who worked with Senator fauxcahontas on implementation team that created the CFBA (authorized by Dodd Frank Act) & initially served as an assistant Director and Student Loan Ombudsman. He was also going to be a member of Hillary’s transition team in 2016. He is a party guy and a big part of CFPB‘s very problematic political design.

I never said anything about giving back. So you're not getting an answer. Ask the other poster that mentioned it.

so what is your purpose? other to play vague contrarian anytime a black person does something stupid?
you wouldn’t be in this thread if the plaintiff was white. so spell it out in precise language
eta- watch. in 2 or 3 posts he’s gonna claim that he “owned” everyone and run off to DU with screenshots. without ever offering an opinion on anything

I did offer an opinion. I opined that a lot of baws here were too dumb to comprehend what the lawsuit was actually about. Including you apparently.

Lay it out for me because it's kinda late to read 6 pages about McD's and faux racism's.
