I can tell you anecdotally this is not true. Or atleast it wasnt 10 years ago. I know. I have loans I’m paying and I was encouraged to take out the max because it’s basically free money and I don’t have to pay until after I graduate. That was the extent of my consultation. No video. No explanation of payments plans or interest or anything

Finally lost enough weight to get back into running a couple times a week and have been doing slow controlled low weight High rep dumbbell exercises for a few months now.
I’ve never been into weight lifting. I was always a runner/bike/cardio junkie before I blew up to an obese whale. I’m becoming obsessed with the weight training.

I wonder if you could duplicate this by putting them in a preheated cast iron skillet on the smoker, start at say 225, and slowly raise the temp after a while to achieve the same results. End it with a hard sear on the stove or grill.
