These complaints have no legal basis as far as I can tell. Obviously a city can't do anything until it exists. Feels like a stall tactic while they get their "real" lawsuit in order

Someone implied that she is a lawyer and her firm was involved in vouching for Larry Bankston, the ex-con pol who was appointed to a board by JBE and, son of a gun, kept DQing bids of people who were competing against his son’s projects.

Broome's lawyer comes across as a first class bitch. I guess to be good in that field, you have to be. She was on television last night talking to your boy Earl Phelps like he and the viewers were her minions.

A FOIA request would help accomplish this. I imagine she's using her work email in the communications, and there are time stamps.
Although, I thought I had read she was filing the suit as a private citizen, not in her capacity as MP.
