I find it hilarious that M.E. Cormier's own neighbors hate her arse. She is the classic fat bitch who just likes to start shite because she has such a miserable life and needs to feel important.

You couldn't be any more accurate. If I was her husband i'd tell her to get her chubby arse to work and quit wasting time/money on useless crap like this.

#BetterTogether am I right?

Now after the loss, let's create even more division

Similar to 2016 election. Left tried to say Trump wouldn't accept the results of the election and it was dangerous rhetoric to not accept the votes. Then after they lost, they immediately have done everything possible to not accept the results of the election

What fricking services does St George have to provide? Most services in EBR are PARISH services, are already handled by special taxation districts, or are handled by private companies (BR water).

And her filing this suit so quickly is laughable since the St George side walked into a meeting expecting to negotiate with her over some of this only to see MOP on the other side of the table, meaning there were clearly no good faith negotiations.

She is my neighbor but I don't know her. Our HOA president recently suggested that we might vote to become part of St George. That would be pretty funny if she ended up being in St George

A brief history of Broome/Baton Rouge and St. George:

Mid 2000s:
SG: Hey, we want new schools in our area.
Baton Rouge: Go frick yourself. If you want new schools, form a school district, but to do that, you need to incorporate a city.

2015:
SG: We have the signatures needed to proceed.
Baton Rouge: frick you. We worked with the sleezy arse pieces of shite in TogetherBR to magically invalid just enough signatures to fail your petition.

2019:
SG: We won!
Baton Rouge: frick you. We're not losing our slush fund. And go frick yourself for trying to better your own lives.

The national Democrats have set the playbook. You see it in Britain right now too in regard to Brexit.

If you don't like the results of an election you have the courts give you what you want.

so will be the end of the form of government we have enjoyed since 1776.... democracy and our representative republic will die a painful death.

as someone once on the fence of this issue, the mayor/president's actions push me to the St George side now.

I would love to see Woodland Ridge force M.E. Cormier to become a St. George resident.

Followed very soon thereafter by the painful deaths of a lot of the people who caused it to collapse.

People pen in a lot of frustration and rage because they believe in the system. Once the system goes down, those people who used mastery of the system to exert control likely need to run.

Now that is a movement i'd get behind, but you know she'll make her cuck husband sell the place before that happens.

St. George officials tried to meet with SWB to discuss the services that they intend to provide for their citizens last week. SWB and her attorney sabotaged the meeting and forced them to leave.

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

Louisiana Revised Statute 33:4

I don't understand how this is constitutional. It basically lets a judge void a constitutional right to incorporate if others would "be financially hurt" by it.

Also... how in the hell does these non-St George residents have standing to sue under the idea that St. George might not be able to provide services? If that's a problem, that's for the residents of St. George to deal with.

I’d love to see discovery on this reach the front page of national publications.

“Area can’t incorporate because another municipality would lose $62m in revenue contributed by them.”

ME Cormier owns no property in St George. Her fat arse will be tossed out of the lawsuit faster than a head of broccoli at her house.
