El Guapo in the Pearl River is about that size. You can see him sometimes on the swamp tours.

That gator is hung off of a 7000 series Deere tractor- that is most certainly not a toy and would have a loader capable of dumping material into a real semi truck.

I was thinking the same thing. That's a 7220 and if that loader is all the way up (and it looks like it is), that gator is somewhere around 14 feet.

I don't think the loader is all the way up, but it's hard to tell with all the fricked up angle pic going on here. Usually the bucket is almost over the hood when it's all the way up.
