No, but the SC does
What exactly, in that underpowered brain of yours, do you think that means? Because if you read the entire Heller decision, you'd certainly realize that a lot of the policies you imagine are off the table. Keep in mind Heller has been backed up by the McDonald, Caetano, Bruen, and Cargill decisions so think pretty hard before posting further.

TBH, I'd like to know what effects political rhetoric "could" have on these type of awful attacks.
Obviously these terrible events are carried out by mentally unstable individuals. It's possible that such an individual could be driven to do the unthinkable by some of the ridiculous things we all hear during a typical election cycle. Someone who does this isn't wired the same as you or I.
In the US and abroad, we have had mass killers who wanted to "make statements" regarding:
1. Gun laws - guy in the bank, was it Kentucky?
2. Trans issues and general insanity - Nashville
3. Eco terrorism - New Zealand and one other that I forget
And a few others that don't fit various MSM-favored narratives that were quickly memory holed.
WRT to "making them happen", once upon a time, I would have regarded that as a ridiculous conspiracy theory. As more and more military/CIA programs from the 60's have been brought to light, and with the insanely brazen levels of gaslighting that the media and government now engages in daily (look to history for effectiveness of inducing mass murder via propaganda with far less sophisticated approaches and technology) I am no longer confident that at least some of these shootings are not induced, whether intentionally or not.

It's possible. I'm sure we'll learn a lot about the killer in the coming days.

Like the attempted Trump assassination. When is the last time had anyone heard the media bring that up?

Take it for what it's worth, but as I mentioned my wife used to work with the wife of one of the victims and is getting some info outside of media/law enforcement channels.
Apparently some of the talk she is hearing is that the shooter is transgender or something like that.
Coincidence that it happens right after the Nashville shooter tranifesto got released.

School resource officer able to get the shooter to surrender fairly quickly. Good on the officer.
No pictures up yet on MSM, I find that interesting

It did?

God i hope not, I just find the correlation odd.
So your basis for correlation is simply it's an election year? So every bad thing that happens this year you will correlate with the election?

Not necessarily. Its been years, and we still know shite about the Vegas shooter. And they covered up the tranny school shooting details as long as they could.

Isn't the shooter 14? If so, I'm not surprised at all.

The parents of the victims requested that be withheld from the public. They were open about that request. It wasn't some conspiracy. And those parents are almost certainly conservatives.

Didn't they also know he took it to school and didn't try to stop him?

Their requests should not have mattered, period.

better regulation
Can you define “better regulation”
How about:
Common Sense gun laws
Weapons of War
Assault Rifle
“Better regulation” is not the answer. The United States doesn’t need more gun laws when the only people following these laws are the law-abiding citizens!

Maybe so, but nobody elected them to make decisions on anyone else’s behalf. They shouldn’t have a say in the matter IMO.

ETA I see it in the documents now
I remember an activist judge citing copyright law as the reasoning

Hey dawgfan, you shite stain. You ran your mouth too early you fricktard twit.
The shooter was 14. Aka numerous gun laws were broken today
Show yourself from this thread, you Ghoul
- Broken law: under 18
- Broken law: potential theft of weapon
- Broken law: carrying on school grounds
- Broken law: murder
except in many states a person under 18 can posses firearms under certain guises.

Dang.
Let me guess, Joe Biden spoke about gun control and children safety.
Meanwhile, they aborted 1 million babies.
