This is what I do when I'm in between projects.

How was he in Spain for ten years and coaching Kentucky basketball at the same time?

I wonder if he ever took vacation days

Apparently he was the guy who delivers the files from the customer to the sales person. 10 years, and nobody knew that fricker wasn't working? There has to he a position somewhere for a man with his particular skill set.

Pretty sure there are no essential duties that can be skipped for a decade.

That's a true OT idol.

This guy deserves an award and he should teach classes to other civil servants as to how to do it. The fact he was able to do this for ore than a month is remarkable

If he didn't show up for work for 10 years, how did his colleagues even know who he was?

At my old employer many years ago, an accounting error led to someone in the factory making $75.00/hour instead of $7.50. It went on for 6 months before it was discovered. She was terminated but no further action was taken.
One HR guy cracked that she was always punctual and the best employee on the floor during that time. Hated to lose her.

Somebody should find him and get him into the OT to post.

I actually just thought of a position where this would be pretty easy.
State auditor.
You would have to show up occasionally. But you could fake 99% of your work.

So she made $78,000 before taxes in 6months instead of the $7,800 she was supposed to get. Just off by ~$70,000 nbd.
