Sounds to me like the following is true:

1) Nobody uses the archives department to start with.
2) Whoever manages that department should be fired for not having proper internal controls in place.

What kind of tracking do they have on their employees?? I can pick up if someone is 15 minutes off on their reported time very quickly and they failed to notice 10 years? His boss outta be fired too.
