My favorite thing about the OT is how an interesting thread dies down and then its just a couple of dudes arguing over some unrelated point.

Which was in response to my original post that said any business collecting over 10K HAS to report it. The word HAS does a lot of work toward implying that it is in fact a 10K threshold that requires reporting.

I've got a house in my neighborhood i suspect of doing the same thing. I've been living here for 7 years and not once have i ever saw a single soul in the house. In the summer, the birds live on the side balcony. It's a nice house too, or could be nicer if someone actually lived in it.
