He clearly was an idiot in not knowing how to launder the assets if he allowed the govt to seize everything.

He’d probably be fine doing 10 years in prison if he kept all his assets

I’ve put over double that down in cash. Granted I didn’t have anything to hide so it wasn’t a big deal.

a car dealership must report a large down payment of more than $10,000 in cash by filing a specific form with the IRS and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network

Treasury gets hundreds of thousands of CTR’s every day. An algorithm may flag a few but almost every single one is a waste of time and doesn’t mean squat. It’s more of a flag if they’re already investigating a person but they’re not going to catch any drug dealers because of a CTR.

I’ve put double that amount before.

I bought my last brand new car for cash. Wrote a check.

Any business who collects over 10K in cash has to report it,

That’s an imaginary threshold… a business can/will report any amount that seems suspicious rather it’s 7k or 10k

Why? There's no problem if you write a check.

They're required to file a Suspicious Activity Report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) if they suspect illegal activity.

Correct… 8300 (form) only applies to physical cash or money orders… this is why a lot of prepaid cards have a 2k-3k maximum balance… but’s check obviously creates the most traceable paper trail there is

That was truly the strangest house.

Agreed. That house always stood out to me like a turd in a punchbowl for that area. I once even remarked to my then-fiancée that the place screamed of "trying too hard."

To each their own I guess

To me there is a difference between pretty and “just not fat”

vs. the normal, everyday women you see on the street, she's very much above average... like i said, "pretty"...

i didn't say "smokeshow"... i didn't say "dropdead gorgeous"... i said "pretty"... how you interpret that as anything other than just run of mill fairly above average, i dunno...

but as far as reading comprehension, hey, to each their own i guess

I disagree. I think her actual face is ugly and below average

She just isn’t fat like the average person. To each their own but this face is legit ugly to me and the average woman I see in a Rouses looks better
