Two things:

1. I’m tired of people claiming our schools are underfunded. They are not. They are highly mismanaged. Administrative positions have increased while teacher positions have decreased. Admin pay has risen 17% in EBR while teacher pay has risen 5%. If the schools are so underfunded, how is this possible? A third of my property tax bill goes to EBRPSS.

2. Programs, MORE PROGRAMS. This is all a sham. This young Markel Lee WAS in a program and look where that got him. Some wannabe music producer got some government contract and got rich off “mentoring” the youths. These mentorship & programs all these mouth pieces talk about are just kickbacks and a way for friends and family to get rich. Don’t believe me? Go check out the capital outlay bill and see how many organizations and churches are getting state money.

This and complain when they do spend time there. Always complaining, never satisfied. Why bother trying?

Now hold on a second. These programs provide value. You don’t think youths without fatherly guidance will be impressed upon by community singing or slam poetry?

Difference is because they protect the criminals, think blacks just get arrested due to racism, and will not work with the police. They speak to the press when they think they can get money from being a victim.

They need to drop the victimhood, get off the asses, and fix their own community.

But the article is from the LA illuminator, so it has to push black victimhood above the actual victims.

Anything but take responsibility and be accountable

Always the victim.

Mall of LA has security, security cameras, and people willing to say they witnessed things.

NBR? Not so much.

People can point to corners where multiple homicides have happened. Yet...

Within a day, law enforcement had five suspects in custody.

That's the difference between "nobody saw nuthin' " and providing descriptions of the perpetrators.

Quit “raising” pieces of shite

To give a person the best chance at becoming a productive member of society, both parents are needed to be involved in a child's life. That's not happening, and there certainly isn't any 'raising' taking place either.

It's a vicious cycle that only gets worse with time.

Those poor black neighborhoods with the most crime also never see anything when a shooting occurs.

They see everything when a police officer makes an arrest though

They complain about crime, while hiding the criminals

That doesn't stop them from driving across town to shop in a "nice" grocery store.

These the same people who claim their community is “over policed”?? The same who cry racism when an armed criminal is eliminated by law enforcement? The same ones who refuse to “snitch”? They are reaping what they hade sewn

Lies. Quit engaging in thuggery and stop voting for politicians and judges that push soft on crime policies.
