Ummmm. How about no. Even if the employee did call him a racial slur, what he did was friggin pathetic and deserves significant jail time.
It amazes me how people want to excuse this behavior. Macy’s guy is probably getting threatened by some people or by Macy’s brass to have them not look bad in this.
