All she has to do if she wants to us go look at all the football players twitters and Facebook and take screenshots of all the players with the n word and bring it to lsu. It’s not exactly difficult . But that would only be if lsu kicks her out
As it relates to the tennis team, she was potentially going to be a walk on that would never play. Your job in that role is to make good grades and completely stay out of any trouble or controversy. She hugely failed there. It makes no sense to keep a walk on with baggage

It wasn't a slur.
Dumb, yes, but not a slur.
Does anyone understand context these days? shite
The only time context is allowed to be used is when you're trying to justify burning down a city over someone who got killed by the cops 1,000 miles away

Maybe, but she's also a college freshman that made a dumb mistake. A mistake that, in this woke culture, is likely going to follow her for life. It's ashamed that if you do happen to make a silly mistake in this culture, there's apparently no redeeming yourself.
Obviously none of us know the whole story or what actions are or are not being taken, but you can almost bet besides being kicked off the team, kicking her off campus is being reviewed right now.

LSU gymnastics picked up a transfer from UCLA for something similar then turns around and removes a student athlete for something similar.
All the while speaking more to this situation than the murder.

It's a word that gets uttered 75% of the time pre-snap after the football is set.

What baggage? She said a word?

Anthony Edwards made a homophobic tweet the other day, he didn’t get fired.
Bill Maher used the N word in a derogatory way on his show and didn’t get fired.
Joe Biden told black people that they aren’t really black if they don’t vote for him. Crickets.
Desean Jackson made antisemitic tweet quoting hitler. All he got was a “talking to”.
If you don’t think there’s a double standard here you’re either ignorant or stupid.

Has Tate said anything about the murder?

Good for her. Hopefully she lands on our feet on another college campus where she has a much lower chance of being executed.

I get that she’s prob 18 or 19 now, but you are their parent, not friend. She probably has been listening to it from a young age. So stop being a shitty parent? It’s prob her parents credit card that’s buying all those songs.

This is clearly discrimination based on the color of her skin. Many examples of other races using the word with no repercussions. Should be an easy victory.

Are we going to do this for the football team, too? Just curious if the big bad no-no word is ever said on the field. Does anyone know?

What easy victory would she be having? She had zero right to be a walk on
No lost scholarship, not kicked out of school etc. She was simply told she can’t walk on the team.
Peoples fake outrage is bullshite, but she hasn’t “lost” anything

Sad that this story will take precedence over a murder of a current student right by campus.

This is a lazy take.
She said a word. There was no malice. It wasn’t directed at anyone in a demeaning or derogatory way.
